The breakfasts were very good with amazing croissants and breathtaking views of Venetian canals, for instance. The marvellous location walk from the central station was just what I needed. And there was The Good Catch with short-orders minutes from the venue, super convenient.

Generally, the place was quirky and had very amiable staff from the reception to the waitress in the breakfast room and the porter. We were upgraded to classic room with a view on check in. Lovely location, Marco Polo airport was 0.5 km away. The hotel was in an interesting area. Stayed in this property for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our choice.
Facilities were very good, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Choose deluxe double room with pastries, a double bed free of charge and shower. Gorgeous and absolutely superb breakfast, a great selection of options available. Great location right on Grand Canal and easy access to a supermarket and shops. Different food in the restaurants such as Saray Turkish Restaurant, located 10 min away.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel overall. Had pleasant stay during my visit. The bedroom was budget and brand-new. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with a bidet. Really helpful staff, couldn't ask for more. Had stunning location in the Summer could access the front Landing Stage to spend time watching the boats travelling along the canal, just close to Liverpool Central Library.

The team provided a very good service and the room was a nice size and well-equipped with a TV with Netflix access, a nice breakfast of eggs plus a bath. Fabulous central location - walking distance to everywhere we needed.

I liked this perfect little place, stayed there for 2 nights. I had decent food for breakfast with an amazing view. The location was very central, near to the vaporetto and Alilaguna boat, Rialto Markets and Bridge and the Rialto steps and shops.

Make sure you stay in the classic queen room with a double bed, great view, as for instance. The best thing is location - near to the Grand Canal, Venice, the maze. Great nearby places include La Cantina, we usually had drinks there.

The food was tasty and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. The location was amazing and best possible - just 5 minutes' walk from Leonardo.
